The Highlands is a community filled with lots of activities and fun! We are located at the border of Santee and San Diego adjacent to Mission Trails Regional Park. A great neighborhood community with beautiful hillside lots, great views, easy access to major highways, and a short distance to downtown Santee. Rural living, city access!
